Canada Health Infoway (“Infoway”) is facilitating a national collaborative effort to advance interoperability with a particular focus on the various aspects of creating, distributing and consuming a health record summary for a patient. In support of this objective, Infoway is hosting a fee free projectathon for various industry stakeholders (“Participants”). This event will use a testing management platform (the “Platform”) to test the pan-Canadian Patient Summary Interoperability Specifications (the “Projectathon”).

1. Participation in the Projectathon and use and access of the Platform is made “as is”, without any warranty, support or representations, and Infoway expressly disclaims all representations, warranties, covenants and conditions, express or implied, by operation of law or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Infoway makes no representation or warranty that the use or access of the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the functions of the Platform will meet any requirements of the Participant.

2. In no event will Infoway, its affiliates or each of their respective employees, agents, suppliers, or other representatives (“Infoway Representatives”) have any responsibility or liability in connection with the Projectathon or the Platform for any losses or damages whatsoever, including any claims, demands and actions, and costs which may arise or losses caused by participation in the Projectathon.
