2025 Projectathon - 3-7 February, Toronto, Canada

Welcome to the first-ever Canadian-hosted Connectathon Week! This fully booked event brings together four interconnected events:

✅ North America Connectathon

✅ Pan Canadian Projectathon

✅ IHE Experience Days

✅ Plugathon

Projectathon Event Schedule (Eastern Standard Time)

📅 Monday, Feb 3 – Badge pickup (10:30-12:00am), opening ceremonies, and initial testing (1:00-5:00pm)
📅 Tuesday, Feb 4 - Friday, Feb 7 – Full-day programming, testing, and networking sessions (8:30am-5:00pm / 12:30pm on Friday)

🛑 Access to the Connectathon and Projectathon floors is limited to participants, except for VIP tours on Tuesday (3:30 – 5:00 PM) for Experience Days attendees.

🔗 Detailed schedules and venue maps will be available via QR codes on-site.

Venue Information

📍 Location: InterContinental Toronto Centre, 225 Front St W, Toronto
✈️ Arriving from Pearson Airport? Take a taxi, Uber, or the UP Express train to Union Station (25 min).
🚶 From Union Station: A short walk west to the hotel.
